BALTIMORE- A Baltimore judge declared a mistrial in the case of Officer William Porter, after a jury failed to reach a verdict. Porter is the first police officer to stand trial over the murder of Freddie Gray. It is unclear whether or not Prosecutors will seek to try Officer Porter a second time. (See CBS's article "Hung jury in first Freddie Gray trial" for more details.) And, let us know what you think. Should Prosecutors continue to pursue their case against Officer William Porter?
